(I'd have to utilize imagination and some assumptions because I personally have no contact with them.. but I will truthfully tell you what I think and what I would do.) First of all, let me tell you that being his best friend does not mean that I agree to be his sex partner.. I would be happy to sleep (you know, ordinary sense of "sleep") with him under the same blanket, but that does not mean that we share the homosexuality.. all we would be sharing is the friendship. I think there will be arrows pointed at me for being a gay's BF(bestfrined) but it will be something that I 'll have to persevere ( and at times ignore) oh.. <arrows = other people's unwelcoming views> I would remain his BF as long as he is a friend of mine, and I would repect all his characteristics the same way I would to all my non-gay frineds. BUT... I think deep in my heart, I think I would wish that he would become a hetero. eventuallly.
