Personally, I think e-mail is such a bad medium to communicate, especially in human relationships. It lacks such a personal touch and seems even mechanical in a sense. I believe that the best way to talk to him is to write him a letter. If you send him an e-mail in Korean, but he happens not to have a hanterm, then you are screwed and he will only see garbage. That won't make him feel happy either. Besides, hand-written letters have such a magical touch that they even convey the human emotions. Write him a letter. Tell him how you feel.
