I think (guess, presume, suspect) that TOEFL is a general test for foreigners.. (With grammar, hearing, etc.) and TOEIC is some kind of hearing test. (consists of short questions and answering (4-choices) panels.) Am I correct ?? In fact, I don't know the difference anyway..
