Nobody speaks English in outside class. Almost students from the same country
got together and talk their own languages. That's good!
I have been here for over 7months(here=Australia), and I am studying in the
highest level class in my school now. There is no Korean girl student except
me. I have lunch and talk with my classmates and they are Japanese and Sri
Lankan. Well.. I am not sexist(^^) but I became close to Japanese girls.
All students from Sri Lank are boys.. They are auite nice but naughty..
I've met a good Korean classmate in last semester and we tried to talk in
English. We still do in English.. Well.. I've come here to study English..
I have just 4 months more.. I don't want to miss this good chance.
Whnever I am sith my classmates from Japan, I feel isolated. They all speak
Japanesewhich I have totally no idear about. However, one of them cares of
me. But other 2 girls are very kind and nice, too.
I don't know about Korean new students. None of them knew I was Korean.
It was really funny.
One of them talked to me about Korean air crash one day
when it happend. At last he said 'where are you from?', of course my answer
was that I was from Korea. Until that time, we talked in English.
Before I spoke Korean, he didn't trust me..
I think they know I like conversations with English.
Honestly, it doesn't mean my English is good. I feel I have not enough time
to stay here and that's true.. Even I have a chance to converse with them
but I feel far from them. Am I so selfish?
Since I came here, I have had many different feelings.
I would like to post as much as I can on this board.
