Project Concept And Description 1) Project concept * In this projects, Construction cost will be paid by central government and local government. * And operation cost will be paid by local government according to yearly plan. * Case I (in case equity is 30%) - 70% of construction cost will be paid by central government during construction period. And the rest of the cost will be paid by local government during operation period. * Case II(in case equity is 30%) - 70% of construction cost will be paid by central government after construction in 5 years. And the rest of the cost will be paid by local government during operation period. 2) Merits of this projects * Central government will subsidize 70% of whole construction cost during construction period(Case I) of after construction(Case II).
