"Suitablitly remains when attraction fades." It just struck me hard when I read John Updike's _Brazil_. Learned the "symbiosis" in Nature evolved from "suitability." Nevertheless, "mating" results mostly from "attraction." Living together and loving each other. An unavoidable irony in life?
