Thanks for replies. I donwloaded the forms. So if I submit these forms to Korean authorities, like police, then they issue Sin-won Hwak-in Jo-hwae to individuals? Is that how it works? Or do Korean authorities send the documents to Canadian consulate of my current residence? How does it work? Thanks in advance for your help.
