I picked up this article on The Economist. Germany’s highest court has ruled that childless workers should contribute more than those with children to an insurance scheme that pays for nursing. Why? Because the childless will have bred no future contributors Apr 5th 2001 This is quite short, isn't it. Since it is available only for suscribers, I couldn't get the whole story. Anyhow, it's kinda funny.
