I'm glad that I have some news with this posting. :-) The Digest will be posted on demand, whenever there is some news or announcements or enough Q&A materials to fill the digest. The FAQ will be updated and posted to this list, and soc.culture.korean newsgroup monthly. This will be a shareware software after they finish the test. (pub/win3/gil111.zip) HGDI10.ZIP Hangul GDI, a PD library that helps you write Hangul dialog boxes, title bars, etc. on Windows.
